WELCOME Dear Friends

Hari OM in the Peace of Yoga.

Thank you for your interest in the Sacred India Tour!

Dedication

This tour is lovingly dedicated to the great Yoga master Sri Swami Satchidanandaji. We hope to give our tour group a taste of the india that he loved so much; the India that has birthed so many great saints and inspired so many seekers.

SACRED INDIA TOUR
February 5- 22, 2012 with Swami Divyananda Ma

The Sacred India Tour will include the very best of India from the seacoast near Chennai to the great ashrams in Rishikesh and Thiruvannamalai, to the Taj Mahal and New Delhi. It will be history, art, pastoral landscapes, temples, ashrams and historic sites all combined together into one fascinating program.

In addition there will be daily Yoga sessions, meditations and satsang. Experiencing and exploring the Yoga teachings in the ambience of India brings a new depth and dimension to our understanding and practice.

A similar tour, sponsored by the Holy Cow Yoga Center of Charleston, South Carolina, will be held in January 10-26,2012. For more information contact Sahaja at yogainfo@holycowyoga.com

Quote
"India, the one land that all men desire to see, and having seen once by even a glimpse, would not give that glimpse for the shows of all the rest of the globe combined."
- Mark Twain
"India is the Mother, the Goddess. The universe has a cosmic body. Every atom has a body. So does this land. The Himalayan area is the face of Mother India, which is why it is so beautiful. The Ganges is her main artery, and Varanasi is the heart. Her feet are in the temple area at the very South. The whole country is looked on as the Goddess."
- Sri Swami Satchidananda
"If there is one place on the face of this earth where all the dreams of living men have found a home from the very earliest days when man began the dream of existence, it is India."
- Romain Rolland
