The optimal amount of luggage is one medium-sized suitcase and one carry-on bag.
Temperatures in February are typically 60 to 85 degrees in South India, and 50 to 70 degrees in North India.
Please avoid bringing items that require electricity as the plug points (outlets) in India are different from those in the West, and the voltage is 220.

• Hatha/meditation clothes
• Three or four sets of casual wear (Ladies please see guidelines in Information Packet)

• Sweater or jacket for North India portion (nights may reach down to 50 degrees F.)
